Outlook signatures add-in

This static host is alive. Outlook loads the add-in from these files:

• /taskpane.html - manual preview and insert pane
• /autorun.html - event-based runtime for compose windows
• /config/users.json - pilot user configuration

If you see this page on Cloudflare Pages, generate the manifest with this host URL.
